As a global entrepreneur and expert in operations and team leadership across diverse industries, he has made significant contributions in Europe, Asia, Africa, and Polynesia. Through experiences like remodelling an office into a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, volunteering with UNOPS in Myanmar, or co-founding Dream Fields Sport, Samy mastered his business skills and felt inspired to establish Sport Grounds 4 Future to empower communities through sports facilities.​

Driven by a passion for equality, Emilia masters strategic communication skills acquires over two decades across three continents. Her work in international football with UEFA and the AFC focused on promoting gender equality and social responsibility. During COVID-19 and whilst working in livelihoods, she launched a UNOPS partnership with football, delivering protective equipment in Asia. With a rich background in politics, community engagement, and international development, Emilia now inspires as an Advisor for Finance for Peace, advocating for ethical leadership and thriving, just societies.

Shelter Kunutsor
A trained agronomist, Shelter has over two decades of experience in professional training in the fields of food processing and preservation, as well as in quality control and management/assurance. Thanks to his professional experience and time spent in various African countries, Shelter has observed the impact of large-scale projects carried out without consultation with local communities. Shelter is well-acquainted with the environmental, agricultural, and socio-cultural issues of emerging countries. His rich background allows him to understand real needs and contribute to sustainable solutions aimed at improving the living conditions of local populations

Noora Hinkkanen
Noora is a skilled professional in administration with two decades of experience in the political organisations. Well-versed in community engagement, elections, campaigns and research, she holds a Master's in Administration Sciences with a focus on Environmental Politics. Noora's extensive background includes serving as secretary for the Council of Tampere with the Green Party (Vihreät), showcasing her expertise and unwavering dedication in the fields of international politics, social and environmental justice and animal rights.

Marjukka Kujanpää
Marjukka, a sustainability professional with 17 years of experience, began her career focusing on life cycle assessments across various industries and consumer products. Recently, her role has expanded to include circularity and broader sustainability leadership. Her expertise in systemic thinking emphasises the importance of considering wider consequences and trade-offs. Marjukka advocates for transformative change, stressing that every action and person counts in the journey toward sustainability.

Tidiane-Olivier Fall
Tidiane-Olivier, an accomplished athlete, coach, and sports leader, has a rich background in customer relations within an international technology environment. He has excelled in football and athletics, training youth teams, and promoted regular sports participation through voluntary sessions. As president of a football club and deputy mayor, he focuses on community development, ecological transition, and sustainable mobility. Through SG4F, he aims to foster personal and community development with sustainable projects.

Netty supports companies in entering foreign markets, leveraging her dual degree in International Business and an MBA from Pittsburg State University. With experience from Parfums Christian Dior and Business France, she specialises in international development and project coordination. Netty’s passion for cultural discovery, her global perspective and commitment to lifelong learning equip her to successfully drive international projects and business and partnership opportunities.

Tamara Garcia Lorenzo
Tamara excels in editorial content, brand communications, and digital transformation. With 15 years of experience in multicultural settings, she works with football governing bodies to develop adaptive learning resources. At AFC, she launched innovative education programmes and strategised solutions for countries in crisis. At FIFA, she led the education portal and supported major events like the FIFA World Cup. She empowers teams to create impactful digital products, aligning with SG4F's mission to improve lives worldwide.
International Relations Advisor
Nuraiym Alymkulova
Nuraiym brings over ten years of experience in sports management. Having recently headed the General Secretary's Office at the Kyrgyz Football Union, she has recently moved to the role of Executive Director at the Women's Football Association of the Kyrgyz Republic. Whilst at the AFC, she succeeded at implementing strategic goals and liaising with international stakeholders, leading key development programmes like Advance 11 and UEFA Assist. Her experience is complemented by a UEFA Certificate in Football Management. Nuraiym advocates for strong organisational practices and international collaboration in sports.
